  We always have a wonderful time at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and always super clean. Ashley at the front desk is amazing! She welcomed and took care of us like family - so friendly, helpful, and just a fantastic person. Getting settled in was a breeze thanks to her especially for our friend who is recovering from surgery.

  Great customer service. Ashley at the front desk was extremely helpful checking us in. Very friendly and accommodating. A friend of ours just had surgery and we were allowed a early check in. You do not see that kind of service in the industry these days. We will be recommending to our friends and family.

  Great place for a sking holiday. All staff super friendly and helpful. Have stayed in other accommodation at Sun Peaks and this is our pick. Hopefully we will be back.

  Had an amazing time in Sun Peaks but not because of this hotel. They say there are a 3 star hotel but I would say 1 star at best. Hot tub is super busy and loud, guest services at front are rude and the rooms are disgusting. We ended up leaving shortly after we arrived to stay elsewhere because of this disappointment! I would say some renovations should be in their focus!
